Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner had filed this contempt petition alleging disobedience of the order dated 4.7.2014 passed by this Court in CWP 12643/2014, filed by him, whereby respondents were directed to consider and decide the representations of the petitioner concerning payments in respect of works executed by him.

Upon notice, respondents put in appearance and filed written statement also.

This Court, after considering the reply filed by respondents, disposed of instant contempt petition vide order dated 9.9.2016 and also issued notice to the petitioner for concealing the fact regarding execution of receipt by him in respect of payments received by him. In compliance with the order dated 9.9.2016 a separate contempt petition bearing COCP 2759/2016 titled Court on its own motion v Hanuman Prasad was instituted, Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2017.02.06 11:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP 525/2016 which stands disposed of vide separate order of even passed in that petition. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that in view of the order dated 9.9.2016 the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
