The petitioner had prayed for protection on account of inter-caste marriage and this Court vide order dated 15.12.2014 directed the S.P., Jhajjar to take appropriate action in case the situation so warranted. The petitioner has filed the instant contempt petition alleging noncompliance of the aforesaid order. But in the reply filed by the respondents, it has been stated that the petitioner never approached the office of the S.P. C.O.C.P. No.536 of 2015 -2the matter has been got enquired from the S.H.O., Police Station Sehlawas, District Jhajjar who has reviewed the threat perception and appropriate directions have been issued to him to take action if the situation so requires. The petitioner filed a written complaint against one Naresh for stalking and an F.I.R. in this regard has been registered.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. The threat perception to the petitioner, if any, would be looked into by the respondent in case any grievance is made in this regard.
