**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Challenge in the present writ petition is to the transfer order dated 04.01.2019 (Annexure P-2), whereby petitioner has been transferred from Public Health Engineering Division No.1, Gohana to Public Health Engineering Division No.1, Jind.

Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Addl. A.G., Haryana, submitted that impugned transfer order dated 04.01.2019, has already been cancelled/withdrawn, thus, grievance of the petitioner, no longer, subsists and the present writ petition be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
