(ORAL) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No. 2 and 4, to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No. 5 to 9. Upon notice, reply dated 21.10.2021 by way of affidavit of Sh. Satinder Kumar, Assistant Commissioner of Police (West), Commissionerate, Jalandhar, has been filed on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 4.

It has been averred in the reply that there is no danger to the life and liberty of the petitioner in view of the fact that the enquiry of the RISHU KATARIA 2022.11.17 10:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

In view of the above, no further action is required to be taken in the instant case.
