*** NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case bearing FIR No.303 dated 11.12.2022 under Section 15 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur.

Vide order dated 11.01.2023 while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 11.01.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such her interim bail may be made absolute. The learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Maninder Singh has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and her further investigation in the present case is not required.

In view of the above, interim order dated 11.01.2023 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

The present petition stands disposed off.
