 As prayed for, this writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file a representation to Gram Panchayat of Villages Kalali and Kaliyana with regard to the alleged non-deposit of 10% of the mining revenue as per Rule 56 of the Haryana Minor Mineral Concession, Stocking, Transportation of Minerals and Prevention of Illegal Mining Rules, 2012.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
