Given the nature of order this Court proposes to pass, no notice is required to be issued to other respondents. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if the concerned S.S.P. Patiala, respondent no.2, is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) in a time bound manner. Given above, this petition is partly allowed. S.S.P. Patiala, respondent no.2 is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) within four weeks from today. In case the petitioners will be aggrieved of the order so passed by respondent no.2, it shall be open for them to file a fresh petition in accordance with law.
