SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of order dated 28.7.2017, the petitioners were allowed protection and a Gunman was also posted with them. However, they have made statements Annexure R-2 and R-3 that they do not want to take any security guard for their protection. None has appeared on behalf of petitioners.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
