After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present Writ Petition but makes a prayer that the appeal which has been filed by the petitioner before the Appellate Authority may be directed to be decided in a reasonable time. 4.

Ld. Senior Standing Counsel has fairly stated that he has no objection if the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner is allowed. 5.
