This is a petition filed by the petitioner for exemption from personal appearance before the Trial Court.

Learned State counsel states that in the interregnum the petitioner stands acquitted vide judgment dated 18.10.2023 passed by the Trial Court, rendering the present petition as infructuous. 3.

In view thereof, no further order required to be passed in the present petition. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
