Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of order passed by this Court on 06.08.2015 in Criminal Misc. No. M-25959 of 2015, the representation of the petitioner has been considered and necessary order has been passed. The communication will be sent to the petitioner within a period of one week.

Copy of the affidavit as well as order along with post mortem report has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. Since the directions was issued to consider the representation and the same has been considered, nothing remains in the present contempt petition.
