Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (oral) Direction issued by this Court was to pass a fresh order with regard to withholding of gratuity of the petitioner in the light of judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in case Ram Kumar vs. State of Haryana & Anr. (CWP No. 12918 of 1999) decided on 17.09.2002.

The respondents have filed the reply along with the order dated 15.7.2015 vide which the case of the petitioner has been decided against him.

Hence, the present petition has become infructuous. Disposed of accordingly.

However, the petitioner may, if so advised, challenge the said order dated 15.7.2015 by filing a separate petition, in accordance with law.
