Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the revised PPO has been issued and the payment is likely to be released to the petitioner along with revised pension by 02.04.2017. Learned counsel has also placed on record the communication sent to her by the concerned department.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents and also the fact that necessary benefits have been granted to the petitioner and likely to be released by 02.04.2017, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
