NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) This order shall dispose of the above captioned contempt petitions as the point in issue involved in all the cases is common in nature. Applications filed in COCP Nos.3498 and 3501 of 2017, COCP Nos.534, 535 and 536 of 2018 for placing on record replies filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 are allowed and the same are taken on record. Reply filed on behalf of respondent No.2 in COCP No.1177 of 2018 today in Court is also taken on record.
As per the replies, the orders have been complied with and the amount due to the petitioner(s) has since been paid for which Annexures with the reply have also been placed on record. In this view of the matter, the contempt petition have become infructuous and the same are dismissed as such. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. In case the petitioners are still aggrieved with the amount so paid and there is any discrepancy, they are at liberty to file representation within two weeks from today and in case the same is filed within the
-3stipulated period, the respondents shall further consider and decide by passing a speaking order within four weeks from the date of receipt of said representation.
