Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 31.10.2015 passed by writ court.

Compliance report dated 02.02.2018 has, however, been filed by the respondent no. 1. According to same, dues of the petitioner have been cleared.

In view of above, no further adjudication of the matter is necessary. Petition is disposed of.

In case any grouse subsists, petitioner shall be at liberty to file representation within ten days. In case any such representation is received, respondents shall decide the same at the earliest, in any case not later than two weeks. Needless to observe that in case still aggrieved, petitioner would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
