(Oral) Counsel for the respondents has submitted that the only direction issued by this Court was to consider and decide the legal notice of the petitioner dated 28.06.2013 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. It is submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with as the legal notice dated 28.06.2013 has already been rejected vide order dated 26.09.2013. In view of the statement made by counsel for the respondents, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
However, if the petitioner is not satisfied with the order dated 26.09.2013 passed against him, he may avail his remedy, in accordance with law.
