NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) This order shall dispose of the above captioned contempt petitions as the point in issue involved in all the cases is common in nature. Learned counsel for the NHAI states that the payment has been made in CALA account vide PIU office letter No.PD/PIU/JAL/2018/Court case/200-A/4041 dated 24.08.2018, Annexure R1/1. Separate replies filed by learned State counsel in all the cases are taken on record stating therein that the amount has already stands disbursed.

In view of the above, the contempt petitions are disposed of. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. However, in case, the petitioners are aggrieved in any manner, they are at liberty to revive the present contempt petitions. February 22, 2019 ( NIRMALJIT KAUR ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
