On the asking of the Court, Mr. Vikas Mohan Gupta, Addl.A.G., Punjab, present in court, accepts notice. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 22.11.2016, passed by this court. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "Learned DAG Punjab for respondents No.1 to 4-State fairly submits that the said representation/legal notice dated 03rd November, 2016 (Annexure P-6) will be decided as expeditiously as possible and in case, it is found that there is any violation of the Government policy and Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998, action will be taken thereon." Learned State counsel submits that, in case, representation of the petition is still pending, same shall be decided at the earliest, in any case, not later than one month.
In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. In case, any fresh cause of action accrues to Sukhpreet Kaur 2017.11.30 11:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
