Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1 submits that order passed by writ court has been complied with. Three cheques for `8.00 lacs odd have been issued in favour of the petitioner. He has placed on record a photocopy thereof. Same is taken on record.

In view of above, present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such. Rule is discharged. If any grouse subsists, petitioner shall be at liberty to make appropriate representation to the authority.
