The case is taken up through video conferencing on account of COVID 2019.

Present petition has been filed under Section 438 CR.P.C seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.159 dated 08.11.2020 registered under Section 323/324/452/148/149 IPC (Section 307 IPC added) at Police Station Dayalpura, District Bathinda. Vide order dated 15.01.2021, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kashmir Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed.
