NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 15.05.2017.

Reply is filed. As per the said reply, speaking order has been passed finding the petitioner entitled to the payment of ex gratia, which has been calculated and also paid accordingly.

In view of the same, no contempt is made out. The same is dismissed accordingly.

The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. However, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved with the amount so paid to him, he is at liberty to challenge the speaking order dated 17.08.2017 in accordance with law.
