NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Reply filed. As per the said reply, the matter has been sent for approval of the competent authority of National Highway Authority of India. As soon as the said approval is received, the amount shall be deposited. It is further stated that, in any case, the entire process shall be completed within two months.

Needful be done within the stipulated period. In view of the above, contempt petition is dismissed. Rule issued against the respondents stands discharged. However, in case the amount is not deposited within two months, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the petition and in case the petitioner is forced to revive the petition, respondent No.1 will be liable to pay `50,000/- as costs to the petitioner.
