The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.320 dated 26.09.2024 filed under sections 22(C) and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Bilaspur, Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he does not wish to press the present petition at this stage and the same may be dismissed as such.
