Vide order dated 29.04.2015, writ court had directed the respondents to dispose of the representation preferred by the petitioner by passing a speaking order. Affidavit of JAgjit Singh Suchu, Chief Engineer, Border Zone, Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. has been filed. A perusal of Annexure R-1 annexed thereto shows that representation of the petitioner has been decided.

In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek his remedy under the law.
