FAO No. 304-M of 2003 was dismissed as withdrawn today in view of the settlement arrived at between the appellant and the respondent. The parties have decided to part ways on certain terms and conditions. Those terms and conditions have been complied with by the parties concerned. The appellant has also undertaken to withdraw the petition filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. against the respondent before the trial Court.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the contempt petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
