On the asking of the court, Sh. M.K. Sangwan, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and on instructions from Ms. Priyadarshini, Deputy Director, Office of Director General, Higher Education Department, Haryana, submits that the petitioner Ashok Kumar has been allowed to work, subject to final outcome of the Civil Writ Petition No.20266 of 2014. He further submits that the petitioner was allowed to continue vide communication dated 14.1.2005.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present contempt petition.
Permission is granted.
