On the asking of court, Mr. Rohit Arya, Asst. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondent(s). Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 07.11.2016 passed by the writ court, operative part thereof reads as under:- "Without making any observation on merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the representation dated 05.09.2016 (Annexure P7) of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order."
Petition is disposed of with the direction that in case claim of the petitioner has not been decided, needful be done at the earliest, in any case not later than two months. In case fresh cause of action accrues to the petitioner to invoke the contempt jurisdiction of this court, apart from initiating proceedings under the Act, it shall consider imposition of punitive costs which shall be deducted from the salary of official(s) responsible for delay/non-compliance.
