Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking quashing of order dated 23.12.2022 (Annexure P5), whereby the application filed by respondent No.3 through learned Additional PP under Section 311 Cr.P.C. for summoning the police record has been allowed by the learned trial Court, in FIR No.54 dated 03.07.2019 under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Talwara, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted in the matter, and the same may be disposed of as such. In view of above, present petition is disposed of being rendered infructuous.
