Notice of motion.
On the asking of court, Mr. Rohit Arya, Asst. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. He submits that in case order passed by writ court has not been complied with, it shall be done at the earliest, in any case not later than six weeks. In view of above, petition is disposed of. In case fresh cause of action accrues to the petitioner to invoke the contempt jurisdiction of this court, apart from initiating proceedings under the Act, it shall consider imposition of punitive costs which shall be deducted from the salary of official(s) responsible for delay/non-compliance.
