***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel seeks to place on record affidavit of Mela Singh, Naib-Tehsildar, respondent No.10. Prayer is accepted. Affidavit is taken on record. She submits that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with. She has referred to Paras 6 and 7 of the affidavit filed today. Same read as under:- "6. That in compliance of the orders of the Hon'ble High Court dated 04.10.2017, the demarcation was got done by the officials of revenue department and with the help of officials of Police Department with the help of "Threadlike Total Station" through its firm Malhotra & Associates, Lawrence Road, Amritsar, in the presence of deponent being Duty Magistrate.

7. That the possession of the area was delivered to Gram Panchayat, which was encroached upon by Jaswant Singh and Nirmal Singh by storing cow dung and constructing a wall with pillar. The judgments of Civil Judges Junior Divisions are already attached with the petition as Annexure P-1 and P-3. Khasra No.139 was never agitated in any suit.
