(ORAL) The contempt is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 30.05.2018 vide which a direction was issued to decide the representation with respect to reimbursement of the medical bill. Reply filed. As per the said reply, the representation of the petitioner has been decided by way of passing a speaking order, which is placed on record as Annexure R2/1, dated 11.06.2018. In view of the same, the contempt petition is dismissed. Rule issued against the respondents stands discharged. However, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the speaking order dated 11.06.2018 in accordance with law.
