Instant contempt was filed alleging disobedience of order dated 29.8.2016 (P-1) passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in I.A. No.3 of 2015 in C.A.No.9024/2015 whereby the Chief Administrator,HUDA was to fix the fair market price of the industrial plot allotted to petitioner at Faridabad by respondent HUDA.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel for the petitioner,realising that the appropriate forum for filing contempt petition would be Hon'ble Supreme Court, prays for permission to withdraw the present petition, to enable her client to act accordingly.
