Grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner was arrested despite order passed by this court on February 25, 2016. It is evident that vide said order protection was granted to the petitioner. Respondents were to ensure that no harm was caused to the petitioner or his wife. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner was arrested pursuant to FIR No. 606 registered at police station Sector 34, Chandigarh on the complaint of father of the girl. Petitioner was never kept in illegal detention. Admittedly, petitioner was released from the custody on the very next day and he has now been acquitted in the case pursuant to said FIR. Under the circumstances, no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed.
