Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for setting aside the order dated 21.11.2023 passed by Special Judge, PMLA, Haryana at Panchkula, whereby the application filed by the petitioner for supply of deficient documents, dim or illegible documents had been dismissed.
Counsel for the ED submits that they have fully complied with the order(s) of this Court and have handed over complete set of documents to the petitioner.
However, Ms. Hargun Sandhu, counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this is not the only objective and prayer of the petitioner and they have more prayers with respect to unreliable documents. Be that as it may, without commenting on such dispute, the primary objective of this Court was that the petitioner gets the documents, which has now successfully met.
Accordingly, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition qua the remaining prayers, if any.
