*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioner in Criminal Misc. No. M-36075 of 2015 was that the Investigating Officer was pressurizing him to give supplementary statement and no action was being being taken against the accused persons. The petitioner made a representation to the Superintendent of Police but no action was taken. By considering the submissions made in Criminal Misc. No. M-36075 of 2015, the same was disposed of vide order dated 19.10.2015 with a direction to Superintendent of Police, Sonipat to look into the representation filed by the petitioner by passing appropriate order within a period of one month after receipt of certified copy of the order.

When no action was taken as per directions issued by this Court on 19.10.2015, the present contempt petition was filed wherein notice of motion was issued.

COCP No.633 of 2016 In response to notice of motion, reply has been filed by the respondent, which is on record.

Learned State counsel submits that the accused have been arrested and after completion of investigation, challan has also been presented. Now the case is fixed for evidence. The order has already been complied with.

By considering the submission made by learned State counsel, nothing survives in the present petition.

Disposed of accordingly.
