This Court on 3.7.2024 sought report from the learned trial court concerned, detailing reasons for delay in conclusion of the trial, and the expected time required, to conclude the trial. 2.
In deference to the aforesaid directions, the learned trial court concerned has sent its report, and as per the report, the learned trial court submits that it required two months more time to conclude the trial.

In view of the status report as submitted by the learned trial court concerned, this Court is not inclined to grant the asked for relief, at this stage, therefore, the present petition is dismissed. 4.
