******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Payment of `10 lakhs through demand drafts dated 24.02.2020, copies of which have been placed on file, has been made to learned counsel for the respondent, who has accepted the same and submits that he will withdraw the application under Section 33-C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, pending before the Labour Court-I, Faridabad. He submits that as per order dated 08.09.2017, respondent will avail other legal remedies available to him regarding the payment of provident fund and other dues.
