It is also expected that the concerned Court shall determine the age of the respondent strictly, in accordance with the provisions of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children Act, 2015). Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid. Since, the matter is pending since long, the trial shall be concluded expeditiously.
