(oral) This petition has become infructuous because the only direction issued by this Court was to look into the complaint dated 4.3.2014 and dispose it of within a period of two months. Counsel for the respondents has filed the reply by way of affidavit of P.K. Mahapatra, Addl. Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana along with the order dated 15.7.2015 (Annexure R-1) by which the complaint made by the petitioner has been duly considered and decided.

If the petitioner is not satisfied with the decision (Annexure R-1) he may avail his remedy in accordance with law but so far as the present petition is concerned, the same has become infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
