Learned State counsel at the outset submits that order dated 14.12.2015 has been passed. Writ court order, thus stands complied with. According to him, amended rules come into force from 30.05.2017. In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is disposed of. Rule is discharged. Punitive costs of `30,000/- imposed vide order dated March 24, 2017 are hereby waived.
