The grouse of the petitioner is that despite being owner in possession of the property, with which the respondents have no concern, they are still threatening to interfere in his possession in an illegal and unlawful manner. He had moved an application before Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kurukshetra for providing police help to the petitioner for protecting his possession and implementation of the judgment and decree dated 30.05.2001, copy of which being Annexure P-1 but such application was declined.
Feeling aggrieved, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

C. R. No. 67 of 2021 Maintenance of law and order is duty of the police. The police is to ensure that nobody trespasses in the property lawfully owned and possessed by a person. The petitioner is relying upon a decree passed by a Civil Court in his favour.
Accordingly, the present revision petition is disposed of directing Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra to look into the matter and to ensure that no trespasser should interfere in the property of the petitioner.
