(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue appointment letter to the petitioner for the post of Lab Attendant (Food Production, Food and Beverage Service) Instructor (Theory), since he was declared successful as per announcement of final result dated 19.12.2022.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, contends that despite efforts the petitioner's experience, which is a mandatory qualification, could not be verified by the Department. She further contends that the third respondent/Director General, Skill Development and Industrial Training Department will take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law; it will be conveyed to the petitioner within eight weeks. 3.
