NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.320 dated 17.11.2022 under Sections 452/427/506/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Amritsar, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Tejinder Singh @ Nihangi has been granted regular bail by the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amritsar, vide order dated 05.12.2022. He submits that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate within a week and he would file an application seeking regular bail, the same be considered and decided expeditiously.
