NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) It is not disputed that some payment has been released whereas with respect to the remaining balance amount, vigilance enquiry is pending. Learned counsel for the Corporation, on instructions from the Divisional Engineer, states that the balance payment will be made after clearance of the vigilance enquiry.

In view of the same, contempt petition is dismissed, at this stage with liberty to file a fresh one in case the need so arises. Rule issued against the respondents stands discharged. May 16, 2019 ( NIRMALJIT KAUR ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
