Decree holder has filed the instant contempt alleging that warrants of possession qua a plot cum house are not being executed by the police authorities on one pretext or the other. At the time of hearing today,counsel for the petitioner states that the present contempt be disposed of as infructuous as the warrants of possession have since been executed and the possession got handed over to the Decree Holder through the process of the Court on 12.2.2018. Disposed of accordingly.
