Gayatri Devi interacted with the child Yesh to her satisfaction. Interaction between the parties also took place and the parties suffered their separate joint statement to the effect that they want to settle the dispute amicably and do not want any further meeting for interaction and would withdraw their all cases pending between them (copy enclosed)." In view of above, present appeal has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
