Writ petition bearing CWP 16365/2017 filed by the petitioner challenging his transfer from Yamunanagar to Karnal was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 27.7.2017 directing the respondents to pass a reasoned order on the representation dated 16.12.2016 (P-6) filed by the petitioner.

Alleging disobedience of said order instant contempt was filed. The learned counsel at the very outset seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.
