Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that the limited prayer in the present petition is for expeditious hearing of the application for stay (Annexure P-3) filed under Order 41 Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) alongwith the appeal before the First Appellate Court.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed off with a request to the First Appellate Court concerned to decide the application for stay filed under Order 41 Rule 5 of CPC (Annexure P-3) expeditiously, in accordance with law.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
