(Oral) Counsel for the respondent has submitted that the only direction issued by this Court was to consider and decide the legal notice of the petitioner dated 03.01.2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. It is submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with as the legal notice dated 03.01.2014 has been rejected vide order dated 20.07.2015. In view of the statement made by counsel for the respondent, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
However, if the petitioners are not satisfied with the order dated 20.07.2015 passed against them, they may avail their remedy, in accordance with law.
