Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No. 5 to 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of her grievance, petitioner made representation dated 25.10.2018 (Annexure P4) to respondent No.2-Inspector General of Police, Border Range, Amritsar, but till date the same remained unattended. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Monika Jalota, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to her during the course of the day.
